Any 'Name' on the Blocked List is classed as a 'Real Person', there are not separate Tags for Celebrity, Actor, TV/Movie/Game Character etc. When using a 'Name' to try and get Character Consistency stick with 'Generic' or Common names such as Alice, Betty, Carol.... Alan, Billy, Charles... It might also help if the Name is typical of any Ethnicity you may prompt for the Character.
