Unfortunately couldn't prompt one in a realistic style that seemed detailed enough. Drawn prompts seem to work fine though. Maybe you could use this prompt as a starting off point. Also: A lot of the Sexy 1.0 stuff doesn't like doing gay prompts simply because of its training data. Try using SDXL or PONY instead.
