Some Models may not have much Training on other mask types. Also, you could try using 'underscore' to link the words. Using Workflow 'Sexy AI Classic (SDXL)' Models 'SDXL 1.0' and 'MJ Style SDXL' with Positive Prompt: big boob, short brown hair, Ritual_Mask - these came up in the first Batch of each one. So maybe try a few different Models to see which ones recognise the term, then add some 'Style' prompts (Photorealistic, Anime, Illustration, etc..) to get what you want.
