You can only use Images created with Sexy Ai as a Source for Img->Img in the Models that have that feature, such as Ponyfy, Outfit Changer, Image to Image, Image Extend, or Wan Video. When an Image is Gen'd with Sexy Ai they have Filters to try and prevent 'undesirable' Images such as CSAM or IP Infringement, so, in theory, a Sexy Ai Source Image for Img->Img should be (more or less) within the TOS. An Image from another source cannot be checked, and so *could* be used to Gen a DeepFake, Revenge Porn (non-consensual use of someone’s photo) or Copyright/IP Violation. There are some suggestions elsewhere in the Prompt Lab for getting a more consistent character.
